Terms of use

What you agree to when you use this site.

These terms govern use of the relevanz.global website (the site). By using the site, you accept these terms in full.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Relevanz Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17436809. Our registered office is at Suite 6, 1st Floor, Stowey House, Bridport Road, Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 3SB. Contact us at community@relevanz.global.

2. What this site is for

The site provides information about Relevanz, a community platform for the governance, risk and compliance sector, and lets visitors register interest ahead of launch. It doesn't itself provide access to the community platform, which is a separate service with its own terms and policies.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Relevanz Technologies Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, copy or redistribute content without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the site in a way that damages it or impairs its availability, in a way that's unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to collect data about other visitors without consent.

5. Accuracy of information

We keep the site accurate and up to date as far as we can, but it's a pre-launch resource and some details may change before Relevanz goes live. Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory or professional advice, and it shouldn't be relied on as such.

6. The register-interest form

By submitting the register-interest form, you confirm the information you've provided is accurate and agree that we may contact you about Relevanz in line with our privacy notice. Submitting the form doesn't guarantee access to, or acceptance onto, the community platform.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, such as regulators or industry publications. We're not responsible for the content of external sites, and a link doesn't imply endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, without notice.

9. Liability

We're not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't affect any liability that can't be excluded, such as for fraud.

10. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we collect and use personal information submitted through the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
