Relevanz was started by people who have spent years working inside the GRC community – as advisers, as practitioners, and on the commercial side, helping vendors reach this audience. We have sat on many sides of the table.
That experience made one thing impossible to ignore: the go-to-market approach in this market is fundamentally broken. Practitioners are interrupted by cold outreach that ignores what they actually do. Vendors burn budget on tactics that no serious GRC professional respects. Good ideas get drowned out by whoever shouts loudest or spends most.
We are not building this from the outside looking in. We are building it because we have lived the gaps, watched the flaws compound year after year, and concluded the market needs a different structure – not another channel layered on top of the old one.
The design of Relevanz was shaped by the people it is built for. Practitioners told us what makes them distrust vendor-led environments and what would make them trust a new one. Vendors told us what they actually need from market presence and why the current model is failing them. Consultants and advisers told us what a genuinely useful professional space would look like compared to the generic networks they currently settle for. Their input did not just inform the product – it determined the non-negotiables. The things that will never change regardless of commercial pressure.
